欢迎使用 Chord Practice。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你同意本协议以及 Apple 的许可应用程序最终用户许可协议（EULA）。若不同意，请勿使用本应用。

1. 许可
我们授予你一项个人的、不可转让的、非独占许可，供你在自己的 Apple 设备上按照本协议和 App Store 规则使用本应用。你不得对本应用进行反向工程、转售、出租，或用于违法用途。本应用及其名称、界面和内容的知识产权归开发者所有（第三方商标除外，例如 Apple、MIDI 设备品牌）。
2. 服务内容
本应用用于在选定调性内认出和弦，并在屏幕钢琴或外接 MIDI 键盘上弹出组成音。功能可能随版本更新调整。MIDI 键盘连接在部分系统上需要 iOS 18 或更高版本的蓝牙 MIDI；更早系统仍可使用屏幕钢琴。
- 免费版：可练习 C 大调。
- Pro：解锁全部大调和小调。
3. Pro 自动续期订阅
Pro 通过 Apple 内购提供，为自动续期订阅，当前套餐如下。价格以你购买时 App Store 显示的当地价格为准。

- 付款会记入你确认购买时所用的 Apple ID。
- 除非你在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时关闭自动续期，否则订阅会自动续订。续费会在当前周期结束前 24 小时内收取。
- 你可以在设备「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。卸载本应用不会自动取消订阅。
- 同一订阅群组内的月订与年订会按 Apple 规则处理升级 / 降级。
- 家庭共享是否可用以 App Store 产品页为准。
退款由 Apple 处理，请通过 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请。我们无法直接退还 Apple 已收取的款项。
4. 使用规范
- 请仅将本应用用于个人学习与练习。
- 请勿干扰 App Store 购买验证，或试图绕过 Pro 限制。
- 外接 MIDI 设备的兼容性因型号和系统而异。我们不保证每一台键盘都能连接成功。
5. 免责声明
本应用按「现状」提供，用于练习，不构成专业音乐教育承诺，也不保证练习效果。在适用法律允许的范围内，开发者不对间接损失、数据丢失或设备兼容问题承担责任。对你的累计责任不超过你在过去 12 个月内就本应用向 Apple 支付的金额（免费使用则为零）。
部分司法辖区不允许限制默示保证或责任，此时上述限制在该范围内不适用。
6. 变更与终止
我们可能更新本协议；继续使用即表示接受更新后的条款。你可随时停止使用并卸载本应用。若你严重违反本协议，许可立即终止。
7. 法律适用
通过 App Store 购买时，你与 Apple 之间的关系适用 Apple 相关协议。本协议作为补充条款，未约定事项适用你下载本应用时所在地区的强制性法律规定。

Terms of Use
By downloading, installing, or using Chord Practice (the “App”), you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your Apple devices under these Terms and App Store rules. You may not reverse engineer, resell, rent, or use the App unlawfully. Intellectual property in the App belongs to the developer, except for third-party marks (for example Apple or MIDI hardware brands).
2. The service
The App helps you recognize chords in a chosen key and play their notes on the on-screen piano or an external MIDI keyboard. Features may change with updates. MIDI over Bluetooth may require iOS 18 or later on some devices; earlier systems can still use the on-screen piano.
- Free: practice in C major.
- Pro: unlocks every major and minor key.
3. Pro auto-renewing subscriptions
Pro is sold as an auto-renewing Apple In-App Purchase. Current plans are below. The price charged is the local price shown in the App Store at purchase.

- Payment is charged to the Apple ID used to confirm the purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.
- Monthly and yearly plans in the same subscription group follow Apple’s upgrade and downgrade rules.
- Family Sharing availability is as shown on the App Store product page.
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request them at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot refund charges collected by Apple.
4. Acceptable use
- Use the App for personal study and practice.
- Do not interfere with App Store purchase verification or bypass Pro limits.
- MIDI hardware compatibility varies. We do not guarantee that every keyboard will connect.
5. Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is” for practice. It is not a promise of professional music instruction or a particular learning outcome. To the extent allowed by law, the developer is not liable for indirect loss, data loss, or device compatibility issues. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid Apple for the App in the past 12 months (zero if you only used the free version).
Some jurisdictions do not allow limits on implied warranties or liability; those limits do not apply where prohibited.
6. Changes and termination
We may update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the revised Terms. You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time. We may terminate the license immediately if you materially breach these Terms.
7. Governing law
Your relationship with Apple for App Store purchases is governed by Apple’s agreements. These Terms are additional. Mandatory laws of the place where you downloaded the App apply where required.
