隐私政策
Chord Practice（下称「本应用」）是一款在选定调性内练习认出并弹出和弦的工具，可在 iPhone、iPad 和 Mac 上使用。我们不要求注册账号，也不运营自建用户服务器。
1. 我们收集什么
本应用尽量把数据留在你的设备上：
- 本机设置：练习设置（调性、和弦范围、转位判定、语言等）保存在设备的 localStorage 中，不会上传。
- Pro 状态缓存：订阅是否有效会在本机做一次缓存，以便离线时仍能解锁调性。权威状态以 Apple StoreKit 为准。
- MIDI / 蓝牙：若你连接 MIDI 键盘，蓝牙仅用于发现和连接该设备。按键数据只在本机用于判题，不会上传、不会用于广告。
- 购买与订阅：付款、收据、自动续期由 Apple（App Store / StoreKit）处理。我们看不到你的 Apple ID 密码、银行卡或账单地址。
我们不收集姓名、邮箱、电话、精确位置，也不建立用户账号。
2. 我们不做什么
- 不做广告追踪，不接入第三方分析 / 广告 SDK。
- 不把练习记录、MIDI 数据或任何个人信息出售或出租给第三方。
- 不把数据用于画像、跨应用追踪或向你推送营销邮件。
3. 第三方
唯一相关的第三方是 Apple。下载、安装、内购和订阅遵循 Apple 的隐私政策与 App Store 条款。若你在系统中开启了与 Apple 分享分析或崩溃报告，相关数据由 Apple 按其政策处理，不会发到我们的服务器（我们没有用户服务器）。
4. 数据保存与删除
本机设置会一直留在设备上，直到你清除 App 数据或卸载本应用。卸载后，本机缓存会被系统删除。订阅关系仍由 Apple ID 管理，卸载应用不会自动取消订阅。
5. 儿童
本应用可供各年龄段练习使用，但不面向 13 岁以下儿童收集个人信息。我们不会故意收集儿童的个人数据。
6. 政策更新
若隐私做法发生变化，我们会更新本页并修改「最近更新」日期。继续使用本应用即表示你知悉更新后的政策。

Privacy Policy
Chord Practice (the “App”) helps you recognize and play chords in a chosen key on iPhone, iPad, and Mac. We do not require an account and do not operate our own user backend.
1. What we collect
We keep data on your device whenever we can:
- On-device settings: practice options (key, chord set, inversion rules, language, and similar) are stored in localStorage and are not uploaded.
- Pro cache: whether a subscription is active may be cached locally so keys stay unlocked offline. Apple StoreKit is the source of truth.
- MIDI / Bluetooth: if you connect a MIDI keyboard, Bluetooth is used only to discover and connect that device. Keypresses stay on device for scoring. They are not uploaded or used for ads.
- Purchases: payments, receipts, and auto-renewal are handled by Apple (App Store / StoreKit). We never see your Apple ID password, card number, or billing address.
We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or precise location, and we do not create user accounts.
2. What we do not do
- No advertising tracking and no third-party analytics or ads SDKs.
- We do not sell or rent practice records, MIDI data, or personal information.
- We do not profile you, track you across apps, or send marketing email.
3. Third parties
The only relevant third party is Apple. Downloads, installs, and in-app purchases follow Apple’s privacy policy and App Store terms. If you share analytics or crash reports with Apple in system settings, Apple processes that data under its own policy. It is not sent to a server we operate (we do not run a user server).
4. Retention and deletion
On-device settings remain until you clear the App’s data or uninstall it. Uninstalling does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that in your Apple ID settings.
5. Children
The App may be used for practice at any age. It is not directed at collecting personal information from children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect such data.
6. Changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you are aware of the revised policy.
